*We ship to all countries excluding the following which have been flagged by courier services as restricted or high risk: Belarus, Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Syria & Zimbabwe. If you would like a shipment to any these countries we can make alternative arrangements that may cost more, however we can't guarantee the shipment's arrival.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and you will receive a tracking number within 4 business days*.

*There there may be an extended delay in delivery time during public holidays and holiday seasons or unforseen global events.

Our order processing is automated, meaning, once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled.

All shipments are sent from our warehouse and shipped through several carriers and postal services providers. Upon entry in the destination country it is handled and processed by your local postal service

Orders typically take 5-15 business days to reach international destinations, but can sometimes take as long as 4-6 weeks for some destinations. This time frame largely depends on where you live.

Tax

JumpsPower ships direct from it's warehouse to destinations all over the world. As a result it is not possible for JumpsPower to pay local, state or federal taxes for the shipping destination of your order. JumpsPower strongly recommends checking with your local, state and federal agencies in relation to any taxes, Customs charges, service charges, levies, and/or duty that may apply to shipping to your nominated delivery address.

Please be informed that certain taxes may be levied by the destination country to which your JumpsPower Products will be delivered, and you must agree that you are liable to pay any such duties or taxes levied by the destination country before purchase.
